The kitchen is to the left, off the entrance hall and has all modern appliances. The open plan lounge area has large sofas and chairs with a TV, DVD and CD player. The property has ceramic tiles throughout. The garden is accessed through double sliding doors onto a large enclosed stone patio area with outdoor furniture, BBQ and shower and small swimming pool, particularly suitable for children.
The first floor comprises one double bedded room with en suite shower room, two twin bedded rooms and a family bathroom with over bath shower. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and drawers. The third shower room is located on the ground floor in the hallway.
The top floor has a washing machine area and door which leads onto the roof terrace which has sunloungers, table and chairs. There are views to the sea and the surrounding area.A great place to study the stars at night, with a glass of wine in hand!
All windows on the house are fitted with electric shutters which are operated like light switches.They are useful for keeping the house cool and secure.There are also blackout and voile curtains for privacy. All rooms have air-conditioning with remote controls.
The house is painted white, inside and out and is supplied with white bedlinen and towels. beach towels are also provided. Beach umbrellas and sun mattresess are also supplied.
